Sports Massage
Firstly
for the sports person it is a main contributor to injury prevention
because prevention is better than cure.
A massage helps the muscles relax and on doing
that the waste is moved out of the muscles and into the lymphatic system
generating fresh blood flow with nutrients to feed and look after the
muscles.
A massage can also help to relieve stress, headaches and help you relax
after a hard days work or training helping with sleep patterns.
We offer certain types of massage being pre, intermediate and post event
massage or if you just want to relax we can cater for that also.
