Please contact a member of the Physio Team for further advice as to the benefits of treatment whithin the first 24 hrs post injury. Advice will be given as to the benefits of self help ie;

R - Rest
I - Ice
C - Compression
E - Elevation


Following examination and assesment the physio's will create a personal recover programme which will involve advice, excersise programe (if applicable) and possibly the use electro - therapy modalities.
